What I Will Share
What I will share is services with a homeless shelter, soup kitchen, or other charity organization. Donate money, food, or others goods to charity. Engaging in positive sharing of emotions and thoughts, and contributing to each others' feel-good experiences helps improve health and prolong life. When we share our feelings, knowledge and possessions with others, we create a relationship of trust, which in most cases flows back and helps us feel secure and happy. Sharing makes you more significant than you are. The more you give to others, "the more life you can receive”. Sharing is a very close topic to us as it is an essential social skill to build healthy, strong relationships and contribute to the well-being and happiness of the collectivity. Sharing joy is amazing because it feels good to see the happiness I have brought to someone else. Not only does sharing bring us joy, it teaches us the importance of taking care of others. Those simple words can often make someone feel special and cared for, and in return, make the one who said it a very happy camper. The power of sharing our experiences and being true to ourselves reaffirms what we believe. It boosts our confidence and pushes us to be better people. It may make us a bit uncomfortable for a little while, but the lasting impact is empowering and liberating when we've been able to share our story. How can I share my experience? Make decisions about safely sharing your experience with others. Practice writing and speaking about your experience. Listen and respond appropriately to the experiences and needs of others. Construct purposeful stories to achieve specific goals.
